Grace Bikefe (PhD) is an economist, management consultant, researcher and policy analyst. She has a wide array of research interest in many areas including gender related issues, financial inclusion, entrepreneurial and development economics. She has published several research papers in reputable academic journals, and is a member of the Nigerian Economic Society (NES).

Her motivation for joining Maternal Health Initiatives for mothers is her passion about women related issues, especially advancing health support services for pregnant women and nursing  mothers to help reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. She is also passionate about improving the socio-economic status of all women to help eradicate poverty and improve the general welfare of women in Nigeria. Her overarching goal is to make an impact capable of making great change which would be beneficial to the world.
